Pumpkin Patch Visits!
Dear Farmin Stidwell Families,
May has arrived and our students and staff are loving the sunshine! I appreciate all the things May brings to Farmin Stidwell -- more field trips, STEM day, preparation for Field Day and our very own Unified Stars Olympics event at the end of the month. We are wrapping up our ISAT testing this month, and students are looking forward to spending more time outdoors, and doing a lot of project-based learning to finish the school year. K-3 students will take the Idaho Reading Indicator (state-mandated reading assessment) mid-month.
This month we recognize our team for the amazing work they do -- be sure to thank an educator as we celebrate staff appreciation week the first full week of May. Our staff of nearly 100 show up day after day for kids -- loving them, meeting them where they are at, and challenging them all to reach their potential. We are grateful.
Please make sure you have completed registration for next year (all returning students must register each year) -- if you need support with this, the FS office team is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 - 3:30. You can also email fsoffice@lposd.org with questions or call 208-265-2417. Find all registration information HERE. Thank you so much for your continued support!
With gratitude,
Dr. Betsy Dalessio
Principal, Farmin Stidwell
