To our Farmin Stidwell Community,   

We had a wonderful school year, with some of the best primary reading proficiency rates our school has seen in the past ten years. Our K-3 students finished the year at nearly 79% proficient in reading! Our staff and teachers are taking this time to recuperate and spend time with their families before the 2024/25 school year. Our office will be closed June 17 - August 15. Class lists will be shared at our back to school open house, scheduled for August 28th, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. 

You can email fsoffice@lposd.org anytime for support throughout the summer. I will respond to emails while the office is closed within 48 hours. Please be aware that kindergarten students will have a different schedule for back to school. Kindergarten will officially begin on Thursday, Sept. 5th. Families will be contacted with more details and to go over what that first week will look like when we return in August.
